Arrival and Departure
Check
in between noon and 1.30pm daily or after 4pm. Other times for check
in are available by prior arrangement. It would be appreciated
if you could let us know if you are arriving after 6.30pm.
Departure
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30 a.m. on day of
departure.
Reservation Policy
Reservations
can be guaranteed by credit or debit card. We will take a non
refundable deposit equivalent to £10 per person and this will be
subject to our cancellation policy.
We ask for a non refundable deposit of the first night’s stay for
all rooms reserved by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to
Autumn Leaves Guest House.
All accounts can be
settled on arrival or departure by cash or credit or debit card
(credits cards are subject to a 2.5% charge) |
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 3 working days of arrival
may be liable to be charged the full amount of the
reservation, unless the room is re let. We will
endeavour to re let all cancellations in which case
there will be no charge.
Children
Children are welcome at Autumn Leaves and Room 1 & 3 can
accommodate a single bed. There will be a charge for
children over 2 years old staying in either Room 1 or 3
per night dependant on the child’s age.
Pet
Friendly
We accept Pets with prior arrangement in one room. Pets
are not permitted at any time in the public rooms nor
allowed to be left unaccompanied at any time in the
guest rooms. We charge £5 per stay for pets staying at
the guest house |
